Many of us must have wondered once in a life that what causes aeroplanes to get lift.Basically it is based on Bernoulli's principle of energy conservation which states if kinetic energy increases,pressure energy has to decrease for the equation to stay true.Based on this principle the wings of planes are designed in such a manner that air passing over the wing moves at a higher velocity(ie higher KE) meaning pressure to be lower than the air passing beneath the blade.That is why an upthrust is caused leading to lift of plane.I hope now it's clear to everyone.
